Mike Huckabee: “Clinton’s Positions Have Switched More Often Than The Ping-Pong Ball In A Chinese Ping-Pong Tournament”

Former Arkansas governor, Mike Huckabee, talked with Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo about Hillary Clinton’s acceptance speech and her campaign promises in a recent interview. Huckabee admitted that he was not impressed by her speech and her promises of a big government.

“I didn’t go to medical school, but I can diagnose Hillary’s cough and clearing throat issue,” the former Arkansas governor said. “Every time she is clearing her throat or coughing, she is coughing up another government giveaway.”

“What we have seen with Hillary is we have gone from George Orwell’s big brother to Hillary being ‘big mother,'” he continued. “Let’s make government as big as we can, as expensive as it can be and give away a lot of stuff, but somebody has got to pay for that.”

Huckabee claims that she did not live up to being the “change maker” her husband Bill made her out to be.

“There was nothing fresh,” he told Bartiromo. “A whole string of liberal clichés, everything from we are going to make sure you can get an abortion, we are going to do all the spending programs, we are going to give away a lot of stuff . . . [Her] positions have switched more often than the ping-pong ball in a Chinese ping-pong tournament.”

Huckabee feels that the attack on Donald Trump was ineffective and is in no “position to give a lecture on what honesty looks like,” given her record,” and people should not believe all she says as “so many things she says turn out to be outright falsehoods.”

When Baritromo tried to question Huckabee about the controversy surrounding Trump’s business practices and how he has destroyed many small businesses for profit, the former governor turned the attention back to Hillary and her business practices.

“Hillary Clinton would make $250,000 for a 20 minute speech, but she can relate to the little guy,” said Huckabee. “Every guy I know does that. Every little guy gets millions of dollars in contributions to a foundation and amazingly, those countries and entities who give those millions to the foundation that made she and her husband rich, they get everything from an Iranian deal to special considerations from the U.S. government.”

Huckabee says Americans are tired of government corruption and “Hillary owns a piece of that and she has to wear that along with her pantsuits all the way to November.”
