According to some recently declassified documents from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens have been violated by the Obama Administration through illegal serveillence.

When the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declassified a ruling from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, it was discovered that the Obama administration violated Fourth Amendment rights.

The Fourth Amendment is: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Judge Rosemary Collyer wrote a 99-page report for FISC in which blasts the Obama administration for violating section 702 procedures. These procedures were put in place to ensure that Americans’ civil rights are not violated by the government. Collyer wrote that there was “a very serious Fourth Amendment issues.”
